The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese to help our clients and immigration consultants prepare a variety of immigration cases including study permits, work permits, LMIA, and permanent residence applications.

Our company provides educational advice and university admission services to study in Canada to Latin American students.
We are looking for a full-time student advisor to promote affordable university and college study programs in Canada.
You will be responsible for recommending international students affordable universities and colleges with PGWP eligibility, and affordable master’s degrees that allow student’s spouses to work in Canada.
Experience in sales, marketing and/or customer service is desirable as you will need those skills to close deals and advise clients.
• Promote university and college programs among latin students.
• Promote and sell educational and immigration services
• Assist students with their inquiries and advise them based on their educational plans to gain admission in college or university
• Guide clients with supporting educational and immigration documents
• Assist clients’ inquiries in person, by phone and electronically.
• Assist with the enrolment of students in study programs
• Follow up with leads, sales, and student applications
• Meet student enrolment targets
• Assist with sales-related tasks including advertising initiatives, social media contributions, presentations, and website updates.
• Provide support to the management team for administrative tasks
• One to two years of work experience as a student advisor and/or sales in the sector of services. Experience in education or travel sector is an asset.
• A 2-year diploma in administration or related education, or combination of education and work experience is required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Have strong skills in the use of internet and online based applications.
• Have good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Be able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Possess a strong work ethic.
• Customer oriented, goal oriented, organized, proactive, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated who knows how to work as a part of a team, and/or without supervision.
Compensation: $17.40 per hour plus commissions
Work hours: 30 per week
